Fracus & Darwin

https://hardcoreunderground.co.uk/artists

Firmly established as one of the most diverse and forward thinking acts to emerge from the UK Rave scene in recent years, Fracus & Darwin’s unique and varied take on the Hardcore sound is always at the cutting edge of the genre. From their internationally successful artist albums, to the many compilation CDs released through mainstream stores, or their extensive work for some of the world’s leading gaming companies (Konami, Nintendo, Capcom etc), their varied, high quality productions have always struck a chord with an equally varied global audience.
Having performed all over the world, their unique and eclectic DJ sets showcase a wealth of experience and passion for good music which resonates with audiences from Tokyo to Moscow, London to LA. Whether it’s rocking clubs and festivals, or playing to the whole of the UK as guests on BBC Radio 1, Fracus & Darwin have always continued to infuse performances with all their love for the euphoric, energetic, dirty, varied music that captivates so many who hear them play.
As headline act of the UK’s critically acclaimed and ferociously supported UK indie label Hardcore Underground, Fracus & Darwin continue to push forward as artists in 2017 with performances all over the world, successful podcasts and single / compilation appearances, not to mention a fourth artist album, new music videos, and yet more new territory into the world with Blu-Ray and further in-game audio projects, they’re only just getting started.

With his pseudonym Tremourz, he released Beatport charting hit singles including the North American dubstep anthem, “Sexy Party” with J Rabbit and his own Terravita remix of the same song. His original music and involved projects have been licensed to entertainment on networks such as FOX, MTV, CBS, TBS Netflix and more. As well as being an electronic writer, producer and international performer, Woofax is also a celebrated mixing and mastering engineer. His diverse list of clients include The Funk Hunter's Westwood recordings, the GRAMMY award winning artists The Crystal Method, and an extensive list of heavy bass music artists. DJ Venom
Hard House/Original Production/Turntablism - Morlock Musik

Few DJs put as much energy, intensity and insanity into their performances as DJ VENOM. He continues to relentlessly tour the continent, unleashing his signature sounds to packed dance floors of sweat covered fans. This New England native has been a major figure in the North American rave scene for over two decades, wowing crowds with his flawless mixing, floor-filling beats and crazy turntable tricks. In 1994, Venom started Volume Productions, a rave oriented company dedicated to the advancement of the underground electronic scene. Not only did Volume release over 70 DJ Venom mix tapes, but they also were bent on breeding an army of party-goers by throwing numerous raves and events, including the famous ENERGY night.
Venom also gained notoriety for his sick scratching and turntable skills that earned him numerous awards in competitions and battles throughout the years, including two second place finishes at the WMC battles in Miami. In 2000, Venom signed with the legendary Underground Construction label out of Chicago. His hard house sound was a perfect match and he began releasing a series of top-selling CDs including the “Straight Bangin'” series, the “House Blend” series and the “Raise the Volume” series. Today, Venom continues to champion the hard dance sounds, releasing an arsenal of headbanging hard house, hardstyle and hardcore tracks. He continues to put out mix CDs on his own label, Morlock Musik, as well as various side projects under the aliases of Scratch Gringo and Eddie Brock. After 20+ years behind the decks, Venom continues to breathe life into the underground scene, and he doesn’t plan on stopping.

Tight Crew Health & Safety Policy

Tight Crew events are so much more than “just another party” for us. It’s a time when we come together as family, dance to our favorite beats, and let go of the worries of the outside world. But we also want to make sure those around us are being healthy and safe.

We do not condone drug use at our events. If you choose to partake in any illicit substances, please be aware of its potential effects on your body, mind, and nervous system. If you plan on drinking alcohol, be mindful of your body and your limitations. We encourage everyone to water up and stay hydrated, so you can keep your muscles happy and your energy high. If you find yourself in need of water, or any other type of aid, please look for a venue or Tight Crew staff member. We are all here for you, and we will make sure you get the help you need. ❤

On that note, we ask that you look out for your fellow ravers at events; both long-term friends, and complete strangers. If you see someone looking like they need a buddy, introduce yourself, lend a hand, and let them know you’re there for them. It goes a long way. If you see someone being mistreated, say something! If someone appears to be in an uncomfortable situation, ask politely if they are okay. Respect other people’s limits - and your own. Everyone has a bubble and different levels of comfortability, check in before you touch, hug, or dance in someone’s personal space. We alone are accountable and responsible for our actions, but we as members of this community can be role models to the rest of society.

We are a close-knit community full of friends and family, familiar strangers and unique individuals. We hope that everyone feels they can freely express themselves at Tight Crew events without fear of judgement or intolerance. It’s critical that we work together to maintain this community as a welcoming safe space for all of us.
